So when I heard they were giving the fully subsidized price I checked my eligibility date and it was 1/31/11. Because of this I decided to wait for the next iPhone since I'm pretty content with my 3GS. Ive checked my eligibility a few times since and it has been the same but I just checked today and saw it was pushed back to 4/29/11. I guess its not a huge deal because Im still waiting for the next iPhone in June/July but I was just wondering why this may have happened?

Why don't you call them and ask?

I've had to do that before and they fixed it.

And--just to make sure you don't get screwed with iPhone 5 (or whatever they call it)...take a screen shot of your account upgrade availability and save it.

They were actually giving you a useful answer. If you're going to be rude over getting the advice you asked for, why even post here?

FYI incompetent CSRs still have more information on your account than l337 Mac Forum users.

true, but I was hoping for someone that this happened to to help out. Would much rather make a thread in 30 seconds than be on the phone for 30 minutes. I was more than content with the first posters response.
