Wth??!!"Unavailable" on iTunes

I have a number of songs in my shopping cart that are suddenly listed as "unavailable". These are songs from the following (as examples) Def Leppard, Big Audio Dynamite, Evanescense, Marshal Tucker Band, Jack Johnson.

Did a record label drop out or a server go down or something else happen? Why would these songs/bands no longer be available?

I was wondering the same thing. Now my entire shopping cart is gone! wtf?!
