if i ordered one now and very assuming the macs do get released or announced on June 10, would apple still process it?

basicall yim not techincally ordering one, but apple is replacing my macbook pro with a new one.

but either scernerio, what would happen?

Apple would most likely fill your order with the product available now, rather than one that is yet to be announced.

You'd better just get on with it. There will most likely be enough old stock held back by Apple for people just like you for months to come.

If you are purchasing it, you should be able to return it to the Apple store no problem. If you are getting it replaced under warranty and are over the return period (14 days) then your best bet would be to eBay it if you decide that it is worth it to upgrade at this time.

The return period is 14 days.
