so I would like to apply for Apple's WWDC Scholarship 2016 but I didn't found any information. Does any of you know more?

The only info that I found is here. But it looks like something automated and for sure not official.

Looks like the WWDC Scholarship for 2016 isn't open yet. "Last" year the application window was April 22nd - 26th.

Yeah I am also planning to try my luck this year. If anybody has experience here, i would like to ask what kind of document do I need about my school? I am 16, attending the 2nd classin high school. Do I need a school visiting certification (Schulbesuchsbestätigung for people with german language )?

Can someone tell me what the advantage of this scholarship is? Is it just a ticket to WWDC? If so, why not just watch the online videos?

Why watch online when you can be there in person and network with so many people?
