WWDC Student Scholarships

I saw that on the apple site there are some student scholarships, has anyone from here gotten into that program? What do you need to have or do in order to be eligible?

The first time I went to WWDC I got in through the student scholarship, think it was around 2007. I believe all I had to do was fill out a form and answer a few questions.
