Lately when I do a search, weknow.ca pops up. From what I read, this is malware at the very least and wondering how to safely remove it. I presently have 4 browsers on my MBA

Safari
Chrome
FireFox
Opera

Not sure what one is the safest one to use, but I'm thinking of deleting 3 of the above. I find confusing info on how to delete weknow.ca. Does deleting a browser get delete access to weknow.ca? What is the best way to put this turkey to bed forever?

I'm running the paid version of Malwarebytes. It seems to only popup using Chrome. Is weknow.ca a part of Chrome?

No, it's not. Have you looked to see what extensions are installed in Chrome?
