WYSIWYG Database Design for Web App?

I"ve been waiting for years for someone to come out with a good wysiwyg database design app for web deployment.

I mean designing the form, designing the report page, designing the query and so on.

IF there is something out there, and I just haven't come across it, please give me a link. If not, please someone make one.

I really don't want to learn another programming language...at all. Don't even care how easy it is.
