WYSIWYG Microsoft Word font menu problem...

Even though I have the box checked to see the fonts as wysiwyg on the font menu, however I only see the name of the fonts, not what they look like. I do have 450 fonts, am I doing something wrong? I have did a font book run to see if anything is up... Nothing

If you use another user account, does Word show you WYSIWYG font options?

Yes, but the other account only has 200 fonts.

Are any of the new fonts (those in this account but not in the other account) from OS 9? There was a problem with Word not showing WYSIWYG menus when certain corrupt OS 9-based fonts were installed, but I forget which fonts or even if it was the same font each time. I'll have a look 'round the 'net to see if I can rejig the ol' memory.
