Hi guys. I want to share that I have my notifications silenced when someone is going to text me on iMessages.

For some reason, not everyone can see that message. I've checked with 10 friends and just two of them can see it.

Can someone help me to fix it? I want that everyone can see it.

EDIT: I have the "Share Focus Status" on the conversation turned on.

Share across devices means all of your devices that share an AppleID not your friends devices.. Focus status is the one that tells others your silencing your notifications (I see yours is on).. Do all your friends have iPhones? If not they won't get the notification on their device.. Also in settings/messages is the tab for focus turned on? Here's the support page that explains focus features:
