X11 Snow Leopard

I downloaded XQuartz.app for Snow Leopard. When I run it, it shows X11 at the menu bar. I go ahead and try to run my exe with Darwine helper and says X11.app can't be found. The Quartz website told me to restart to make sure it changes path to look for XQuartz not X11 and it is still searching for the app X11.

How do I change the path to lead to XQuartz.app instead of X11.app which is not there causing the error.
