X11 Window Docking Snow Leopard

Hello,

I recently bought a MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard and have noticed that the window behavior for X11 is different than what I used to have on Tiger. In particular, when I minimize a window and it appears in the dock, if I click on it, the window does not respond, i.e. the window stays on the dock rather than becoming active. If I go to the top menu bar and select that window, it will come up. Does anybody know how to fix this?
