Hey- I tried searching around & found a possible answer- but want to get some more opinions/double check.

Before upgrading to Lion my Mac Pro (2x2.66 dual core xeon; 10gb ram; NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 256 & ATI Radeon x1900 XT) was running perfectly!

Then I upgraded & the x1900 doesn't seem to want to work correctly - like no image is coming out of it at all.

I'm thinking the x1900 is dead- thoughts? or are there known incompatibility issues with Lion?

If the answer is "yes, your card is dead/ sucks" - can you recommend a replacement?

I'm a bit non-tech savvy- so instead of just saying "buy a x9999" please say "buy a this brand, this model...etc" (a link would be fantastic too!)

As for what I use it for - mostly photoshop stuff. The ati card, however, is running an HD projector to watch movies off of.

Thanks!

didnt apple have a program to replace all x1900 cards?

they suck, overheat and die after some time
