here are the results of Xbench on my new SSD (latest firmware, noatime, Suspend mode off, energy saving scheme changed, Hibernate mode to 2).
Would be happy to compare with other owners.

Non-updated firmware, no atime or other tweaks, hardware a couple of years older.
