X25-M Gen1 on clearance or Gen2

Since some sites have put Gen1 X25-Ms on clearance at prices lower than Gen2 drives, do you think it's a good idea to ger a Gen1 now?

I checked on Newegg and the Gen1 is the same/more than the Gen2. I would get the Gen1 if it gets around $100-200. Gen2 is still great for the price and faster.
