X800XT/XL flashing

I need a low profile PCI-E card for my G5. Is it possible to flash an ATI X800XT or X800XL PCI-E card of PC version with the reduced Mac rom for AGP X800XT from the Mac Elite?

That is correct.

Best card for PCIe G5 is Quadro FX4500 / GeForce 7900 GTX with RAM chips on both sides. Ones with chips just on GPU sides do not have appropriate PPC ROM.

On the ATi side, the X1900 is as good as your going to get. An XT800XT just straight up won't work.

Thank you guys. I bought a x1900GT, and now I am waiting for its delivery.
Can I flash x1900GT with the x1950XT rom found in this forum, after change of the DID in 3rd and 8th lines? Or could some one kindly provide me with x1900GT mac rom?

Thank you. Yes, but its website is either dead or can not be accessed. The Mac Elite does not have roms for x1900.

if the mac elite dont have it it probably aint around. or the peeps that have it wont care to share it.
