Crazy huh! Windows 7 and other Microsoft software is also banned due to Motorola.

Motorola have been granted an injunction, but a sales ban is currently unenforceable due to an earlier court decision in the US (yes, restricting Motorola's rights in another jurisdiction). German customers will have no problem buying an Xbox for the time being.
