Does anyone know whether or not any companies are close to making an adapter to be able to play hdmi systems on the new 27" imacs like it's possible for the 2010 imacs? the reason I ask is I'm moving to Germany soon and want to bring this along with me for my mini recording studio and be able to play games in my down time without having to have a tv as well. Thanks for the help guys!

I don't think anyone really knows when they'll be released. Try checking the Atlona or Belkin websites/forums (they were makers of devices for the 2010). At some point I might look back into doing this but at $300+ it doesn't seem worth it. I'll keep using my perfectly fine 46" LCD!!

Kanex is supposedly working on one. They just won't give a release date yet.

Here is the Kanex Forum.
