Does anyone know how or if it is possible to use my 2011 21 inch iMac as a display for my xbox 360? I have heard of the Kanex XD product but it seems to only be compatible with the 27 inch model?

Would an hdmi to thunderbolt cable work? I have also seen many youtube videos using the hauppauge tv tuner but they appear to running on older apple computers.

Thanks for the help

Search the forum but I don't think the TB adapters exist. I bought the 2010 model in August because of this issue.

Cheers,

A TV tuner would be laggy as hell for games.

after some digging -
you can use the kanex xd product if you purchase an HDMI cable for the xbox and a THUNDERBOLT - not MDP cable for the kanex xd.

Good luck!

The faq on the site is wrong, btw.
