Xbox 360 tethering with Android?

My carrier uses a HSPA+ network or 3g+ network with I am assuming 56 Mbit/s down and 22 Mbit/s up that is ridiculously fast so could I run an Xbox 360 from this?
 
Doesn't matter how fast the download speeds are, it's latency that matters, and latency on mobile networks is bad.
