Hey guys, my new Apple TV 4K (the newest model) won't connect to my XBox controller model 1914. The controller is in pairing mode but my ATV can't find the controller, it doesn't appear in the Bluetooth list.
Can somebody help me?

Don’t know much about Xbox myself, but the only compatible ones as far as Xbox controllers go are
  • Xbox Wireless Controller with Bluetooth (Model 1708)
  • Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2
  • Xbox Adaptive Controller
  • Xbox Wireless Controller Series S and Series X

Damn thank you. Looks like it’s not compatible even it’s the newest model

The 1914 model is the series s/x controller right? An easy way to tell is if it has a usb-c port vs mini usb. If so, it is compatible.

The only official Xbox controller that isn’t compatible was the very first model released with the Xbox one, because it didn’t contain Bluetooth. (Microsoft added Bluetooth support with the first controller revision,)

Yes it’s the series x controller so it has a usb c port but it still won’t connect to the ATV. I already updated the controller
