xbox one update

I kept getting errors when I tried to wirelessly update our xbox one console so I downloaded the OSUDT2 zip file to update the console using a usb flash drive. In the instructions it said to "Copy the contents of the .zip file to your flash drive.". Unzipping the file gets me a folder named $SytemUpdate and within that folder there are .xvd files.
Do I place the $SystemUpdate folder or the .xvd files to the root directory of the usb flash drive?
