XBox users: Has your 3D Avatar disappeared?

Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this - their animated 3D Avatar from their profile having been replaced by their gamerpic. In "customise profile" the "Show my avatar" option is selected, but the avatar doesn't show.

Seeing this with two different consoles.

This is on a series x, but the 360 avatars won't work either.
