Is it possible to run a newer version of Xcode on high Sierra without upgrading to Catalina?
I am on an unsupported MacBook Pro. While it is possible to update to Catalina using dosdude's patcher I would prefer to just patch Xcode instead.

Is this possible? Has anyone achieved it?
There used to be a method that worked for Xcode 10.5 by patching the plist,, but this method does not work anymore.
