macOS xcode 2.2 upgrade

Hey guys is there any package avalable that will allow me to upgrade from xcode 2.0 to 2.2 with out downloading a huge 800mb file

Become a developer. Every month they send you all the recent updates on a disk. Sorry, not the cheapest solution.

I believe you can also pay apple about $20 for them to send you a DVD of Xcode but I have broadband so its not an issue. I can't find where this is on their site though I believe it's possible.
