iOS Xcode 3.1.4 Documentation

I just installed Xcode 3.1.4 (beta) in a seperate directory from 3.1.3 because I wanted to mess with the new camera features. However when I run Xcode the documentation does NOT have the new features listed in UIImagePickerController for the cameraoverlay and video capture.

The Doc says it is from iPhone Library OS 3.1.

Why is the documentaion not correct?
