Xcode 4.1 not installing

Hi, i'm currently running Mac OS X 10.7 Developer preview 3 and since the first DP i've been unable to install Xcode 4.1, the same error occurs when trying to install it.

I've reviewed the install log but found nothing that could tell me what was happening.

I'd really appreciate your help
