iOS xcode 4.2 download files

I am trying to download xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard but cannot find the download location anywhere. Does anyone know if this version of xcode is still available?

I was told by several cocos2d developers that I need version xcode version 4.2 to effectively use the cocos2d templates with snow leopard.

If you have a paid developer account, it is available under the downloads when signed in. Only use it if you are currently on Snow Leopard. If you are using Lion then get 4.3.x.
