Xcode 4.3.1 Update

Installed the latest update to Xcode 4.3.1 from App Store. When run first time said "Mobile Device Framework" must be installed before continuing, which I did. I noticed a new icon in Launchpad after that called "Wish". Does anyone know what this is and is it part of Xcode?

Using a search engine on the phrase "wish application", one of the first entries listed was this one. I believe this answers most of your questions.
