iOS Xcode 4 and Apple Developer questions.

Hello all.

I would like to try the preview of Xcode 4. But i have some questions i hope you can answer.

1: When i try to join Apple Developer, they ask for a company name. Do i really need a real company just to register?

2: Have i understood it right, that it is free to join the Apple Developer to try Xcode 4, and watch the getting started videos, but i first have to pay if i want to have my apps on the appstore?

3: Any news on when Xcode 4 final version will be released?

3. Nobody knows. Apple do not comment on future release plans but I would be surprised if its any time this year.
