Seriously, I couldn't get any of my apps to build and archive for release, said that I was missing armv6 for iPod touch/iPhone when in reality it wasn't! Trying to go back to the old version now. Didn't get used to Xcode 4 being all in one window either yet.
 
The solution is to change Valid Architectures (in Build Settings) to $(ARCHS_STANDARD_32_BIT)

When you do this, it won't look as if you've made any changes as it will still say armv6 armv7, but it gets rid of the problems.
