iOS Xcode 7 project on iPad without dev account

Hey everyone, I've been trying to run an Xcode project on my iPad. One of the new features of Xcode 7 is that you can run a project without having a dev program, but when I try to run it, I get "The selected team does not have a program membership that is eligible for this feature". I've signed into Xcode, so any way to fix it?

In the Mac status bar:

Xcode > Preferences > Accounts

Ensure you're logged in there

Click your account on the left side then the "View Details" button on the bottom right. Click the plus button to add a signing identity. Exit those settings. In the main settings screen for the app in the General tab under "Identity", choose your account in the "Team" menu then click the Fix Issue button
