Hey, so like 6 months or so ago when I first was about to get into coding, I downloaded Xcode. I ended up using VSC instead and left Xcode sitting in my applications. well it glitched when updating for like a month so I decided to just deleted Xcode.

its been a few months now since ive deleted it, but I was sweeping my HD with omnidisk and noticed that theres leftover, I assume, corrupted installation stuff from when App Store was trying to update it all the time but glitching out.

its in .pkinstallsandboxmanager and theres two different big folders, one 11gb~ and the other 5gb~ or so (as seen in the screenshots)

Can I delete this?

Here's the two folders:
Latest Catalina 2017 nTB MBP dual core 256gb.
