Xcode Crashing

(okay I decided to put this here becuase it isn't about programming just the compiler)

anyways:
when im using Xcode it sometimes gets into hissy fits and goes into a beach ball state and the program locks up. I go into console and I get this

What revision of OS X do you have running? What version of Xcode?

running up to date 10.4.x and xcode 2.2.1 on a MBP.

Upgrade to Xcode 2.4.1: http://developer.apple.com/tools/download/

It's big and includes WebObjects 5.3.

Then download the DST updater for WOF as well:

Once you've got that current, re-test your code.
