Xcode from App Store is not downloading

Xcode is downloading only to 10.2-10.3 MB and every time it starts from 0 MB. After a few attempts it reports that "The application could not be downloaded. The application you tried to download could not be downloaded. Check you internet connection and try again."
I have not had any problems with other apps.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I have a very similar issue.
It download up to 20MB, then start again from 10MB for a couple of times then errors out. Really annoying!

Anyone have a possible fix?

Found fix for this from App Store reviews:

Change DNS-server to Google DNS 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 while downloading

No luck with the fix

I have the same problem where the download is stuck when it is at 272mb. I changed the DNS as mentioned but it still errors out.. Any thoughts?

There is no workaround. Just keep trying until the download completes.
