Xcode is installed, but shows as waiting to be installed in app store?

Does anyone else have this issue?
Twice now i have downloaded and installed Xcode from the app store, but it still shows as needing installed when i click on the 'purchased' tab.

It's definitely installed as i can use it.
Is this an Xcode/app store bug, or is there something obvious i am missing?
