macOS Xcode+Java- How to get both horizontal & vertical scrollbars?

Hi All,

Im using a textpane in which i can see only the vertical scrollbar.
How can i get the horizontal scroll bar also?

Im writing java code using xcode 3.

One more question:Im using RTFEditor kit class in java since i want to build a word processor.Im trying to create a new style in the word processor.
How can i create this?Any code snippets?
