macOS [Xcode] NSComboBox + NSMatrix

Anyone can tell me, please, how to make NScomboBox depend on NSMatrix?
For example, if I choose Vegetables from NSMatrix then combo box should contain only vegetables, if I choose Fruits then only fruits should be on the list, and so on.

Set an action on the matrix, in that method read the matrix value and then filter and refresh the contents of your combo box based on the selection.
