iOS XCode Organizer not showing Provisioning Profiles

For some reason XCode is not showing a catagory for Distribution Profiles in the Organizer like it normally does.

In addition, the profiles are not showing up in the project info when I'm prepping for distribution. I am unable to upload the App bundle because of his and can't even debug the problem because XCode wont even show if the profiles are recognized.

Anyone know how to fix this?
