Xeon Vs. Nehalem

I am sorry if this has been discussed but i tried to find a good comparison and none can be found.
I am confused
Are the Xeon and Nehalem the same thing? Or are they two different types of processor.
If they are different how are they different a quick Pro's and con's will do. I do not need the tech-no stuff just the basic's
