XEROX XG-71D Help

Hello all,

I just picked up a used XEROX XG-71D TFT LCD Monitor... very exciting. Great picture:

My question pertains to its 'dual inputs.' It has a DVI input and a VGA input. I would like to plug my G5 into the DVI input and my PC into the VGA input.

Can I have both the Mac and PC running at the same time without s***ing somthing up?
How can I change which computer the monitor shows?

I bought this used and have no user manual, so any help would be appreciated.
