Carrier Xfinity Mobile Screw up

So, I ordered two Iphone Xs on pre order day. Changed carriers from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile porting both numbers. My Silver showed up on release day. Activated in 30 seconds without a hitch. My wifes gold was a little bit later ship date. It showed up Monday with no shipping confirmation or tracking. Just dropped at my door(luckily my inlaws are neighbors and signed for it). I tried activating it last night like I did mine on the website super easy. No go. Xfinity still shows that the phone never shipped therefore the activation button is not there cause they don't think I have the phone yet. Tried to activate through the chat feature, they needed IMEI number(not in front of me right now at work). So basically did they send me a phone but have zero clue what one I got or record of me receiving it so I could(not going to) just sell it on ebay lol? Seems like a pretty major screw up for a $1000 device..I just need to get them the IMEI number when I get home to get it activated but crazy they made a mistake like that..

That's a weird glitch. If that fails a trip to one of those new Xfinity stores will clear it up.
