WOW i can't believe it you can't pre-order if you owe money on your device I can upgrade but only in-store! only way is to pay off the phone completely or add a new line! or chance they will have what you want in-stcok on the 20th in-store.

Well if you owe money of course, thats any carrier. Pay off the device and you should have no problem.
