XIII - Bring Back Launch Options?

How can I do this? First time I opened it, it showed me launch options (such as resolution settings, etc). I set my settings and checked don't launch this dialogue any more or something.

I think I set my options a bit high because it's pretty slow at times. But now I can't seem to find a way to bring it back. I tried uninstalling the directory and reinstalling the game, but to no avail

Still the same choppy gameplay though. Weird. Tried on both the 9400 and the 9600GT. Guess it's not optimized for this hardware

That was what I found ... just ended up re-installing it on the PC side to replay.
