iPod Xilisoft video converting blues

i have been using xilisoft ipod video converter, and everything i convert begins to get out of sync after about 20 minutes or so, the video and audio start getting out of sync and it just gets worse the longer it plays, anyone know how to remedy this? any suggestions would be appreciated, point me in the right direction plz this is driving me crazy, peace
