xmarks and safari 5

i cant seem to get xmarks to sync my bookmarks with safari.

is there another app that allows me to sync my firefox bookmarks to my safari browser?

Xmarks doesn't work with Safari 5...hopefully they'll release it as an extension but I haven't read anything regarding this.

Any new word on this matter? I just installed Xmarks and find that it does not sync my Safari 5 bookmarks...

I've been using xmarks with Safari 5 for a long time without any issues. Are you receiving some type of error? After you installed it, did you set it up with your username/password?

Still plagued

Well, I now see my Safari bookmarks toolbar in my Firefox toolbar. But still no record of my Safari bookmark folders anywhere in Firefox.

Initially, perhaps it took a little while to sync the two sets of bookmarks (an issue I have read about), which might have explained seeing nothing from Safari within Firefox when I first posted. Now, however, the two have clearly synced, but not properly...

Anyone have any experience with this?
