Hi all,
I hope someone can help. I have a new Mac Book Pro, it's only 2 weeks old. The Mac has installed OSX and XP Pro.
If I boot the Mac up with XP pro and turn off the mains power or unplugg the power cable going into the Mac it pauses for a moment and then turns off and reboots. This problem doesn't happen if I boot with OSX.
The battery is good, can I boot up XP and OSX on the battery without no mains power, it's only if I un-plugg the power cable / turn off mains on the XP booted mac, it's like XP doesn't / can't switch from mains power to battery without restarting.
Bootcamp, OSX and XP pro are all up to date also.
Regards,
Les
