I have Windows XP on Paralles on my MacBook Pro and have installed the driver 3G Watcher for my ATT AirCard. I can connect fine to the SierraWatcher on the OSX side. BUT when I get into Windows XP and try to connect to the AirCard the driver says "No Device Detected". I've tried to open up the Internet Sharing in the Systems Preferences and it is still not finding the AirCard device. Any suggestions? I hope I've explained this problem correctly.

Have you checked to see if the Aircard shows up under Hardware Devices in WinXP? If not, from within the XP virtual machine, open Control Panel, System, Hardware, Devices. See if the Aircard is listed. If it is, check the driver files. If the Aircard does not show up, then you will need a device driver for it to be recognized by XP.

Regards.
