XP or Vista with BootCamp or VMWare

I just placed my order for my Macbook Pro 2.2 15" with 160 GB HDD!!!!!

I am wanting to buy a copy of Windows to use either with BootCamp (when Leopard arrives) or with VMWare fusion. Which do you guys recommend, Vista Home or one of the XPs?

Also OEM or Retail versions?
