Xp updates in bootcamp and Parallels 4.0

I have windows xp sp3 up and running in bootcamp and then used the bootcamp partition to run xp in parallels.

The problem lies when I try to update. I recieve the error code 0x8007003. I have googled and tried MANY options to resolve the problem, however none have worked.

Has anyone else had this issue?
