in XP world however, wireless connects fine through WPA, but it always lags/spikes/doesn't move/disconnect. i ram some speedtest and found it sometimes behaving normally, but sometimes it wont even get a ping result or upload is ridiculously slow. does anyone know what can be causing this problem?
i am using XP SP3, macbook 2.16ghz with atheros AR5008. i even updated atheros driver to the 2008 version (i forgot exact driver version, but its updated to 2008 as opposed to 2007)
its really quite frustrating, as i cannot for the life of me diagnose this or do anything about it because its working but not working all at the same time ==
